Hi! My name is Cecilia but you can call me Cecii. I’m the owner and founder of Lashed and Laid by C. As a professional lash artist and educator based in the DMV, I specialize in luxury lash extensions that are as unique as you are. My approach combines artistry and precision to enhance your natural beauty, creating a look that is not only stunning but also tailored to your individual style and preferences. At the heart of my work is a commitment to client satisfaction, a focus on customization, and a dedication to maintaining the health of your natural lashes.

My journey into lash artistry began in 2020, during my time in college where I was studying Criminology and Government & Politics. What started as a side passion quickly grew into a calling, and I began offering lash extensions from my college apartment. Though I graduated with my degree, it didn’t take long for me to realize that my true passion was in helping women feel confident and beautiful through the art of lash extensions.

In 2024, after two years of balancing other jobs and lash extensions, I made the decision to pursue lashing as a full-time career. Over the past four years, I’ve built a loyal clientele who trust me to deliver beautiful, personalized lash designs. Now, I’m excited to share my expertise with aspiring lash artists, offering them the insight and skills I’ve gained through years of dedication and hands-on experience.
